Virtual worlds built in Unreal Engine for the TRAPSOUL Series in xR.
For the TRAPSOUL Series in xR, a livestream concert concept by Creative and Show Director Mike Carson of The 92 Group, Xite worked with HPLA to build a set of the show’s virtual worlds in Unreal Engine, with front-plate augmented reality elements created in Notch, premiering on Moment House.
World 2
A virtual lounge falls away mid-song, opening onto a wide expanse of galaxies, nebulas, and drifting cosmic cloud.

World 3
Tiller ascends a clock tower above a stormy desert, an oversized hourglass marking time below.

World 4
A wooden platform carries Tiller through a jungle lit by scenes of guerrilla warfare before settling into a calmer, neon-lit jungle of audio-reactive glowing flowers.

World 5
For the finale, a hallway of doors opens and closes around Tiller until one leads into an empty void that fills with bold color and imagery.
