In the Spring of 2024, the team at XiteLabs/Inter-tain Productions and LEO Events continued its annual tradition of creating captivating visual content for Walmart’s Annual Shareholders Conference and Associate Celebration Show. The show helped express the company’s deep gratitude to Walmart associates, emphasizing their pivotal role in Walmart’s success and their impact on communities worldwide.

With Peyton Manning hosting the event, the show was punctuated by heartfelt acknowledgments, celebrations, and musical performances by the likes of Lizzo, Imagine Dragons, the Backstreet Boys, Usher, and more. Corporate leaders from Walmart outlined the company’s future vision, highlighting innovations and global initiatives. The event also showcased the diverse talents of associates, from musical performances to inspiring personal stories, reinforcing the theme of collective achievement and the limitless potential of Walmart’s global workforce. The show was capped off by CEO Doug McMillon’s closing remarks, challenging associates to reach their full potential and continue striving for excellence. 

Visually, the team created stunning 3D animations as both backdrops and visual metaphors to accommodate the various aspects of the presentations, including that of a Total Solar Eclipse, a rocket launch, and a large-scale sports arena, awards hall, and locker room.
